Welcome to Beaverdam Custom Builders website. We are located in the quaint town of Etlan, Va. The owner of Beaverdam, Richard Hastings, has been in construction since 1975. Prior to that he worked for prominent construction firms in Virginia. He became skilled in restoration and re-construction of log homes and timber frames, historic preservation, and an appreciation for quality construction (new or old).

Richard Hastings has been in business since 1982 and started Beaverdam Custom Builders, Inc. in 1987. Since then we have taken pride in building quality homes in all phases of construction. The owner has maintained his skill and knowledge in restoration of log homes, historic preservation and timber frames. We have also constructed and renovated numerous homes in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, Louisa, Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax counties in Virginia.
